Representative speaks to Nagaland News

The representative said the expulsion and the withdrawal of his authority had been published in the media three times over the past months.
Zhimomi continued to collect money in Kohima in the name of the organisation after his expulsion and was arrested by the police. He is currently in custody in connection with illegal tax collection.
The representative said that even after his arrest, his wife has been calling business establishments in Kohima, telling them that she is his personal secretary and demanding a monthly contribution from each of them.
Earlier removal reiterated
The notice reiterated that Zhimomi was previously removed from his position as Acting Home Kilonser and that the Government had already publicly announced that he is not authorised to represent it or conduct any official business on its behalf. The public had been advised not to entertain or deal with him in matters relating to the Government.
Public asked to report
Any individual or business approached for money in the name of the Government by the person named in the notice has been asked to report the matter immediately to the Government.
